Cayman’s Cuddles (also known as Cayman’s Cuddly Companions and Pillow Pets for Hospitalized Children) is non-profit family generated fundraiser that provides new and comfy cuddly companions to hospitalized children.
This annual fundraiser was started in 2012 by a little girl named, Cayman, who on her 4th birthday asked for a Pillow Pet. Not for herself, but for kids in the hospital. Cayman said, “I don’t want them to be lonely when their parents can’t be there with them at night.”

Cayman and her family have been collecting and donating 300-400 Pillow Pets annually to Shriner’s Hospital in Northern California. They have reached out and involved their family, friends and community in keeping this special campaign going.
These cuddly companions have brought smiles to sick little one’s faces, helped prop them up to watch parades, snuggled with them at night and have been a sense of comfort during their time of pain and fear.
